We regret to inform you that we have currently lost power to the building. This unexpected outage affects our ability to manage appointments, access medical records, process prescriptions, and answer your phone calls.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Appointments: We cannot book, reschedule, or access appointment details at the moment.
  • Medical Records: Access to medical records and test results is temporarily unavailable.
  • Prescriptions: Processing of repeat and new prescriptions will be delayed.

What you can do:

  • Emergency Care: For urgent medical issues, please use 111 online (https://111.nhs.uk/) (If you are deaf and use BSL, you can access 111 via an interpreter here: https://signvideo.co.uk/nhs111/ or visit your nearest urgent care centre.
  • If it is a life threatening medical emergency, please call 999. You can also contact the service in BSL through 999 BSL (https://999bsl.co.uk/) or text 999 (if you have registered your mobile number).
  • Minor illness: Please check your local Pharmacy https://www.nhs.uk/service-search/pharmacy/find-a-pharmacy
  • Interim Solutions: If you need immediate assistance or have urgent prescription requests, please visit the surgery to speak to our reception team in person.
